Unit 2: Dealing with problems in daily life
Within this unit you will discover how to identify straightforward problems, problem solving and the skills you need to tackle problems that may arise in your daily life.
Unit 3: Individual rights and responsibilities
This unit will provide you with an understanding of your rights and responsibilities as an individual, the potential barriers to accessing your rights and sources of help that are available in relation to this.
Unit 4: Working towards goals
In this unit you will look at personal goal setting, considering personal development plans and how to work towards and achieve these goals.
Unit 5: Making the most of leisure time
This unit will encourage you to think about how you use your leisure time and express your preferred leisure activities so that you can use leisure time effectively.
Unit 6: Managing social relationships
In this unit you will look at your social relationships, behaviour and communication to encourage you to use appropriate behaviours when interacting with others.
